Fantasy Filmfest kommt nach Hannover!

Ein neuer Schwung Filme, diesmal ist auch der Eröffnungsfilm dabei, d.h. der läuft am Donnerstag, den 26.08. um 20 Uhr.

Opening Night: La Meute - The Pack, Horror aus Frankreich, auf den bin ich schon lange gespannt.

Frozen, hab ich in Glasgow bereits gesehen, von Adam "Hatchet" Green, drei Skifahrer stecken im Skilift fest und müssen eine Woche ausharren, dass man das nicht überlebt ist klar, somit versuchen sie sich zu befreien: Open Water im Skilift quasi und die Wölfe unten haben Hunger.

Caged - Captifs, ganz neu, vielleicht eine Weltpremiere, eine Frau die im Käfig gefangen gehalten wird klingt eigentlich immer gut.

Love Crime, auch ganz neu, sind wir einer der ersten.

We are what we are, Kannibalen Drama aus Mexiko.

Die Preise der Einzelkarten für Hannover stehen auch fest: 8 Euro pro Film. Nürnberg 8.50 und alle anderen Städte mittlerweile 9 Euro.

Bei regulären Vorstellungen kostet das Cinemaxx 7.50 am Wochenende, evtl. kommen noch Logen und Überlängen Zuschläge hinzu die beim FFF wegfallen. Da man beim FFF aber Exklusiv Titel vorab sehen kann ist das ein guter Preis, da er kaum höher und oft sogar niedriger liegt als die regulären.

Zwei neue Titel:

The Killer inside me, von der Berlinale, Crime Thriller mit Jessica Alba.
Amer, unbedingte Empfehlung, hab ich in Glasgow gesehen, lief aber diese Woche auch auf dem Filmfest München.

Zwei neue Titel online, einmal das Centerpiece, also der besondere Film, der sollte immer zur Halbzeit des Festivals laufen, also zwischen Freitag und Sonntag, ist aber nicht immer logistisch möglich da es manchmal nur eine Kopie für drei Städte gibt die herumgereicht werden muss:

Noch ein schönes Bild, welches ich hier aber lieber nicht direkt reinstelle.

Da sieht man mal wie sehr ich daran interessiert bin, fast schon fanatisch. Ich bekomme nichts dafür, vielleicht ein paar Gefälligkeiten aber nix monetäres.

So schlimm ist das Bild nun auch nicht und wenn es zu anstößig ist, kann ich oder ein Admin es wieder rausnehmen.

Enter the void, von Gaspar Noé (Irreversible), läuft aber nur in Berlin und Hamburg denn am 26.08. ist regulärer Start, praktisch läuft der also danach überall, nur die beiden Städte bekommen ihn ein paar Tage früher zu sehen, in Berlin zusätzlich auch den Regisseur.

Evil - In the time of Heroes (To Kako 2), der Eröffnungsfilm vom Weekend of Fear 2010, das Sequel zu Evil - To Kako, ein griechischer Zombiefilm mit Billy Zane. Der erste Teil, der auch auf dem WOF lief, ist allerdings besser und sollte vielleicht vorher gesehen werden: DVD.

Sind jetzt 68 Titel, es kommt noch der Kurzfilmblock "Get Shorty" und noch ein Geheimtitel, dann wären es 70, mit den Langfilmen könnte es das also gewesen sein, höchstens noch ein, zwei. Montag, Dienstag steht dann alles fest und die Inhaltsangaben/Filmtexte müssten dann auch da sein.

Human Centipede wird sicher nicht regulär in Deutschland im Kino laufen, die einzige Chance besteht also auf dem FFF ihn hier zu sehen. Der hat auch noch gar keinen deutschen Verleih sondern kommt direkt vom niederländischen Vertrieb zu uns.

Die UK DVD erscheint am 04. Oktober.

Mittlerweile wurde auch ein 3D Screening bestätigt, Karten kosten 10 Euro, in den anderen Städten außer Nürnberg 12 Euro. Wer eine Dauerkarte hat zahlt keinen Aufschlag. Der Film selber wurde noch nicht bekannt gegeben.
